Academic Year Timetable
Tuition classes run throughout the academic year. We are now taking bookings for children in year 3, 4 and 5 for September. The lessons run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (dependent on age group). We have a limited amount of places available, so if you are interested please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the requirements for your child.

The total cost of the Term for all classes is £610 due on the 1st of December 2025. For Maths or English only the cost is £319. Please note Spring term is for 10 weeks.
Children are expected to have an A4 lined and margined pad, 2 pencils, an eraser, ruler, a writing pen, dictionary, thesaurus and a water bottle during the lesson time.
Once a place is offered to your child, at least one full term’s notice (11 weeks) is required to discontinue the lessons for one or all subjects. Under no circumstances are we responsible for any missed lessons due to illness or otherwise. In the case of any absence, parents are welcome to collect any missed work to cover at home in their own free time. The 11+ Success Club holds the right to change or swap any lesson without prior notice and please note fees are non-transferable or refundable.
May we remind all parents that the club holds zero tolerance for any abusive behaviour towards any member of staff and reserves the right to terminate any contract without any prior notice.

The total cost for all classes during this term will amount to £680. For students enrolled in a single subject, a fee of £380 will be applicable. To ensure your child's place is secured, a non-refundable deposit of £50 must be submitted no later than 30th July 2026. The remaining balance of £630 will be due on 1st September 2026.
To create an optimal learning environment, we kindly request that all students come prepared with essential items during their lessons. These include an A4 lined and margined pad, two Staedtler pencils, a Staedtler eraser, a ruler, a dictionary, a thesaurus, the set text “Shadow” by Michael Morpurgo, and a water bottle. We encourage students to read the book during the summer holidays to familiarize themselves with the vocabulary.
We would like to emphasize that should you wish to discontinue lessons for one or all subjects, we kindly request a minimum of one full term's notice. We regret to inform you that we are unable to assume responsibility for missed lessons due to illness or social events. However, in the case of an absence, parents are welcome to collect any missed work to be completed at home during their own free time. Please note that the 11+ Success Club reserves the right to make changes or adjustments to the lesson schedule, although we will strive to communicate any alterations in advance. We also want to remind you that the fees paid are non-transferable.
Lastly, we would like to reiterate that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abusive behaviour towards our dedicated staff members. In the event of such behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate any contractual agreement without prior notice.
